Founded by the father-son team of Ricky and Dusty Lout, Common Disposal is truly a family business. We started from humble beginnings in the recession of 2008 with just one saltwater disposal site and five employees. We’ve since grown to be the #1 choice of oil and gas drilling companies in Texas. Now a bustling team of more than 110 employees, six locations, and 50 trucks, Common Disposal continues to expand in excellence. To date, we have the capacity to process 130,000 barrels of water waste per day.
