About
We are a small agricultural distribution company in western Iowa that takes care of drivers. We guarantee weekly minimum pay regardless of loads or breakdowns. We have 2016 to 2022 model year equipment and stay generally in the agricultural sector hauling grain, feed, hay, and some equipment. We have lots of dedicated freight but not 100%. We pay a percentage of total truck revenue to the driver plus benefits. Health insurance is partially paid by the company and there is a clothing and cell phone allowance.
