In 1947 Parke and Emily Cox traveled to Warren, Ohio where they had purchased a military surplus truck after the war. When they arrived, they found the truck was in 7 crates and had to be put together. Undaunted, the two of them put that truck together and drove it back to St. George. Thus, began the journey that became Parke Cox Trucking.
Their spirit of adventure, overcoming obstacles and never giving up built a company that still thrives today – over 70 years later.
