We work when there is work. Our drivers generally work 5-6 days and then take a 36 hour reset. Drivers can stay out more and make more money, it all depends on how hard you want to work. There are times where you can unload freight and get paid for doing that. We also pay percentage of the load (26%-29% depending on years of experience and then after a 6 month review have a chance to increase this.) . We like to have nice trucks and trailers and we require our drivers to take care of our trucks and trailers. We offer health insurance, owner pays half of the drivers portion of health insurance. We offer paid vacation after 1 year. Since we are a small company the first 2-4 months your pay will not be as high as it possibly could be since we are working you into rotation.
