- 12 months Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 3 accidents in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $750 - $2,800 gross total weekly
- $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
- $0.48 - $0.55 CPM
- 1,500 - 3,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 6 days on, 2 days off
- Home daily
- Home at least one weekend per month
- Day shift
Freight Handling
- 100% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 30 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 68 mph
- Volvos
- Mostly automatic semi-trucks
- We mainly operate late model trucks

Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition before departure.
Perform post-trip inspections at the end of each workday to identify and report any issues or damages.
Maintain a positive attitude when communicating with dispatch and other team members.
Safely transport goods/materials to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
Keep accurate records of mileage, deliveries, and any incidents that occur during transportation.
Report any accidents, traffic violations, or mechanical issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
