Hiring Requirements

Class A license
6 months OTR experience
No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
No accidents in the last year
No accidents in the last 3 years

Pay & Miles

$2,500 - $3,000 gross total weekly
3,000 - 3,500 miles per week

Home Time

1 day off for every 5 days worked
3 - 5 expected days out
Home at least one weekend per month

Freight Handling

75% drop and hook
25% live load / unload

Carrier and Truck Information

Fleet size: 20 trucks
Semi-trucks are not governed
Macks, Volvos, Peterbilts, Freightliners, Kenworths, Internationals, Western Stars
Both manual and automatic semi-trucks
We mainly operate late model trucks

Pet and Rider Policy

Pets are allowed
Riders are allowed

ARO Trans LLC is looking for OTR Company Drivers for a long-term partnership. Preferably Dry Van experienced. Our supporting team works 24/7.

Stable and reliable freights.

Direct payment every week.
