Hiring Requirements
- Class A license
- 12 months Flatbed experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No accidents in the last year
- No accidents in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $850 - $2,000 total weekly
- $20 - $28 per hour
- $5000 sign-on bonus
- 1,500 - 2,000 miles per week

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection sheets
Inspect equipment to ensure safe operating conditions – checks oil and fuel prior to leaving the yard
Secure and/or inspect load to ensure is been properly secured
Perform duties consistent with all applicable safety, DOT, and Company rules
Conduct preventive maintenance to the truck and ensures truck is clean
Maintain appropriate driving records, logs, and shipping documents as required
Maintain radio/telephone and EOB (Electronic On-Board System) contact with base or supervisor to receive instructions
Verify shipping documents for accuracy, and obtain customer’s signature on paperwork upon delivery
Complete all UFP required training
