Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- Must have (X) Tank Vehicles/Hazardous Materials endorsement at time of hire
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No accidents in the last year
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,500 - $2,000 total weekly
- $500 sign-on bonus
- 2,600 - 3,200 miles per week

- Fleet size: 60 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 75 mph
- Mostly manual semi-trucks

Neier, Inc. OTR Company Drivers can anticipate being utilized nationwide for 4 weeks at a time, earning up-to a week off. We will provide the necessary transportation arrangements (flight or rental car) to get you to and from home for your home-time!
During the 4 weeks out, OTR drivers can expect to pull both Tanker and Van while servicing our core customer locations. Neier, Inc. has been in operation since 1989 and has established a diversified customer base that allows us to provide year-round work for all of our drivers. Drivers can expect to be paid for demurrage time, starting after one hour at pick-up and/or delivery. Paid breakdown begins from the start of the reported defect.
Orientation is designed to provide an individualized experience and get you running solo safely & quickly
