- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- Must have (T) Doubles/Triples endorsement at time of hire
- 6 months Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 2 accidents in the last 3 years
- $1,850 - $2,100 total weekly
- 500 - 1,500 miles per week

Tandem Drivers pull double 48’s break apart in the designated drop lots, deliver 1-2 loads & grab a back haul. A Tandem Driver can expect to either be home daily or sleep in the truck when needed based on the driver’s domicile.
Tandem Drivers can expect Safety & Performance Bonuses, a Nightly Per Diem, Paid Holidays & Vacation Time.
