Hiring Requirements
- Class A license
- 5 years Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No accidents in the last year
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $2,000 - $2,400 gross total weekly
- $0.58 - $0.62 CPM
- $100 sign-on bonus
- 3,400 - 3,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 2 days off for every 7 days worked
- 7 - 15 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Home at least 2 weekends per month
Freight Handling
- 25% drop and hook
- 75% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 13 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 70 mph
- Volvos
- Mostly automatic semi-trucks
- We mainly operate late model trucks
- Microwave, Refrigerator, APU, No driver facing cameras

We are a small, Oregon fast growing trucking company who is changing the Industry and bringing back respect for the drivers.
We are looking for honest humble hard working drivers to join our team and grow with us.
$1,000 Sign on bonus, ask for details. We pay Detention $25 after 2-3hrs at the shipper/receiver, Layover pay and lots of bonuses.
The route we have available is :NW to Midwest and south. We are all about our drivers because we are owned by one.
Time off is flexible, most drivers typically run 7-10 days on the road and back home for 3 days. We don't have set policy on time out or for time off it really depends on your work ethic . But we don't like our guys staying out there for more than 2 weeks. If you just want to stay out & chase the money we can do that.
