- 2 days off for every 7 days worked
Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,000 - $1,200 total weekly
- $500 sign-on bonus
- 2,800 - 3,000 miles per week
Benefits

Home Time
- 2 days off for every 7 days worked
- 7 - 14 expected days out
- Home at least one weekend per month
Freight Handling
- 100% drop and hook
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 10 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 80 mph
- Peterbilts
- Mostly manual semi-trucks
- We mainly operate late model trucks

10 truck operation
Ridgetop Trucking & Excavation is small business that hauls frac sand to oilfield wells. We use pneumatic and hopper bottom trailers to transport these loads. Ridgetop Trucking owns a fleet of 10 Peterbilt tractors(manual transmission) with sleepers. For anyone interest in OTR we also have flatbeds and stepdecks with options to haul freight consisting of pipe, lumber, and palletized products or heavy machinery.
