Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- Must have (H) Hazardous Materials endorsement at time of hire
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,750 - $2,500 total weekly
- $2000 sign-on bonus
- 1,000 - 1,500 miles per week

- Fleet size: 110 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 72 mph

- We mainly operate late model trucks

- HOME DAILY!
- Paid on site training - accepting drivers right out of CDL school and will also send drivers to CDL school. We work with our drivers for the long haul.
- Set 5 on 2 off schedule, weekend availability is a must
- Increased load pay out rate for weekend work
- PTO starts accumulating on day 1 (Vacation: year 1 = 2 weeks, years 2-3 = 3 weeks, years 4+ = 4 weeks)
- Monthly 'do the right thing' bonus of $800
- Annual retention bonus (year 1: $3,000, year 2: $5,000, year 3: $6,000, year 4: $7,000, years 5+: $8,000)
