Hiring Requirements

Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes or (G) Night Driving
12 months Tractor Trailer experience
No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
Max 1 accident in the last year
Max 2 accidents in the last 3 years

Pay & Miles

$800 - $1,200 total weekly
$20 - $20 per hour
500 - 1,000 miles per week

East of the Bay was established in 2006. It is a family owned company started by Mike and Cindy Harding. Michael, our son, joined us in September 2013. The company began as a hobby for Mike with one tractor and a couple of trailers. Today the general freight trucking company has advanced to 30 tractors and over 100 trailers.
