Hiring Requirements
  • Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
  • 3 years Tractor Trailer experience
  • 2 years OTR experience
  • No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
  • No more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years
  • No accidents in the last year
  • Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
  • $300 - $1,300 gross total weekly
  • 25% of load
  • 1,500 - 3,000 miles per week
Home Time
  • 2 days off for every 70 days worked
  • 2 - 5 expected days out
  • You can stay out longer if you want to
  • Home at least 2 weekends per month
Freight Handling
  • 1% drop and hook
  • 99% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
  • Fleet size: 9 trucks
  • Semi-trucks are governed at 70 mph
  • Freightliners
  • Mostly manual semi-trucks
  • No driver facing cameras

We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and have for over 25 years. We also pride ourselves in providing prompt service and getting to know our drivers by name and treating them like family. As the owner of the company still enjoys getting in a truck and working alongside his drivers we completely understand what it takes to do the job we are offering.
