Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without (E) No Manual restriction
- 12 months Flatbed experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 2 accidents in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,000 - $2,500 gross total weekly
- 25% of load
- 1,000 - 3,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 3 days off for every 11 days worked
- 1 - 3 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Home at least 2 weekends per month
Freight Handling
- 100% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 6 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 80 mph
- Mostly manual semi-trucks
- Refrigerator

About the job
Drivers check in with dispatch everyday for which truck is up next. Drivers will meet at the yard do pre-inspection duties before leaving for the pickup location. There is only a certain amount of lotted time for pickup and delivery. We are a customer service type of company, which is why we have succeeded and are in demand with our clients. Drivers need to have a clean Class A CDL with at least one year of work experience. Drivers with a good DOT level one inspection, while on the road, will receive $100 bonus.
