Hiring Requirements
- Class A license
- 18 months Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $2,000 - $2,300 gross total weekly
- 28% of load
- $0.75 - $0.80 CPM
- 3,000 - 3,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 3 days off for every 14 days worked
- 14 - 99 expected days out
- Home at least one weekend per month
Freight Handling
- 80% drop and hook
- 20% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 47 trucks
- Semi-trucks are not governed
- Kenworths, Freightliners, Peterbilts, Western Stars, Internationals, Volvos
- Both manual and automatic semi-trucks
- We mainly operate late model trucks
