About
MAGS Trucking, Inc is a family owned and operated business. In the 1980’s, Gary Smith, started hauling grain and milk for other farmers in Arkansas, in addition to farming. Though the years The Smith’s have made a number of transitions from grain and milk hauling into the company MAGS is today. During this time, they moved from one truck to several, being leased to SMT, Crete, LandAir, Fleetone and others.

In 1995 when Dewayne graduated from ASU with a business/transportation degree they decided to try a new venture. The Smith’s applied for and were granted their own operating authority by the DOT and Dewayne began driving while Gary started finding loads for him to haul. Business began to take off and as it did as they began bringing all of their leased trucks slowly under the authority
