Hiring Requirements
  • Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
  • 3 years Tractor Trailer experience
  • No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No accidents in the last year
  • Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
  • $900 - $1,500 total weekly
  • 3,000 - 3,200 miles per week

  • Pets are allowed
  • Riders are allowed
About the job
-Scheduled days out can always vary, and cannot guarantee 5 days on and 2 days off every week
-Company covers 70% of employees benefits after 60 days of employment
-All trucks are 2018 or newer

MAGS Trucking, Inc is a family owned and operated business. In the 1980’s, Gary Smith, started hauling grain and milk for other farmers in Arkansas, in addition to farming. Though the years The Smith’s have made a number of transitions from grain and milk hauling into the company MAGS is today. During this time, they moved from one truck to several, being leased to SMT, Crete, LandAir, Fleetone and others. In 1995 when Dewayne graduated from ASU with a business/transportation degree they decided to try a new venture. The Smith’s applied for and were granted their own operating authority by the DOT and Dewayne began driving while Gary started finding loads for him to haul. Business began to take off and as it did as they began bringing all of their leased trucks slowly under the authority Pet Policy -Must be approved by management prior Rider Policy -Rider policy kicks in after 60 days, must be approved by management
