Pay & Miles
- $4,000 - $5,500 gross total weekly. Paid weekly.
- 70% of load
- $1500 sign-on bonus
- 2,400 - 2,700 miles per week
Home Time
- 7 - 21 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Home at least one weekend per month

- 80% drop and hook
- 20% live load / unload

At RT&T, WE COVER THE MAJORITY OF YOUR FIXED EXPENSES, including Cargo & Liability Insurance, OCAC Insurance, Base Plates and HVUT/2290. There are NO trailer fees and NO charge for E-logs or paperwork scanning. After orientation, initial deductions are delayed, making the transition to RT&T easier on the driver.
In addition to the base pay package, drivers can qualify for an additional 2% Dispatch Acceptance Bonus, & Safety Incentives.
LEASE PURCHASE PROGRAM:
NO Down Payment, Credit Check, or Balloon Payment and payoff terms of 2 – 7 years on affordable equipment with set payments. The goal is driver payoff, so when the last payment is made, THE TITLE IS YOURS! We will then help with initial paperwork filing and title transfer.
