Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- Must have (X) Tank Vehicles/Hazardous Materials endorsement at time of hire
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No accidents in the last year
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,150 - $1,800 total weekly
- 1,500 miles per week

Midland was bought by Tom and John Kolb in 1986, at that time Midland ran 5 semi-trucks servicing just the central Missouri area. Throughout the years Midland has grown to over 40 trucks and services the entire state of Missouri along with several corners of surrounding states. Midland built its own service center in 2002 allowing for a cost-effective solution to servicing and maintaining its fleet.
