- 12 months OTR experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No accidents in the last year
- No accidents in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $3,600 - $6,000 gross total weekly per team
- 82% of load
- 6,000 - 7,000 miles per week
Home Time
- 4 days off for every 24 days worked
- 21 - 28 expected days out
- No guaranteed weekends home
Freight Handling
- 100% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 250 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 71 mph
- Kenworths, Peterbilts, Freightliners, Macks, Volvos, Internationals
- Mostly automatic semi-trucks
- We mainly operate late model trucks
- Microwave, Refrigerator, No driver facing cameras
